On top of daily shows from the biggest current bands on the circuit, the Astoria has in the past played host to the Rolling Stones, Prince, U2, Foo Fighters, Eminem, David Bowie, Nirvana, Radiohead, Alice Cooper, Black Crowes, Black Sabbath and the list continues.
This year’s sold-out shows included Amy Winehouse, Jarvis Cocker, Gossip, Kings Of Leon and The Shins. NME continues to showcase their award nominated artists annually at the Astoria.

The Astoria 2, sits in the underbelly of The Astoria. With a capacity of 1000, it has a reputation for playing host to some of the freshest and most exciting bands.
With its fair share of prestigious shows, the Astoria 2 holds claim to a similarly stellar rock’n’roll heritage as its older brother, with artists such as Iggy Pop, Yoko Ono, Primal Scream, Moby and Metallica, forming part of its history.
